In our shop in Parma we offer Parmigiano Reggiano with milk from red cows, brown cows and Friesian cows sourced only from selected local farms.
Our Parmigiano Reggiano is available in different ages for every need: 24 months, 30 months, 40 months and on request even higher ages ranging from 50 to 70 months.

Parmigiano Reggiano is known throughout the world for its particular nutritional and organoleptic characteristics, as well as for its strong and unmistakable flavour.
The milk from our cows has certain qualitative characteristics and guarantees that the cheese is prepared for long maturation, with a consequent high digestibility characteristic of traditional Parmigiano Reggiano.
The result is a cheese which, despite the long ageing, maintains a sweet, delicate and persistent flavour. It has a characteristic straw yellow color and an intense but delicate aroma even after thirty months of seasoning.

Parmigiano Reggiano is among the oldest aged cheeses known. Production in the dairy takes place essentially as it did eight centuries ago: the same ingredients, the same production technique, the same craftsmanship.
